ACADEMY MEETING: A Military Academy Informational Meeting will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Grafton High School. Representatives from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Merchant Marine Academy, Air Force Academy, U.S. Naval Academy and the U.S. Military Academy will be on hand to discuss their respective schools and the nomination process.

VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION: An orientation session for those interested in volunteering at Botetourt Elementary this school year will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, in the school cafeteria.
