Douglas Pruim of Gloucester, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise & Sport Science from Frostburg State University, Maryland, during a commencement ceremony in December.
Ann Hartley of Gloucester, and Miranda Shackelford of Gloucester Point, were named to the president’s list at James Madison University for the fall 2024 semester. To receive this honor, students must earn a minimum grade point average of 3.9 and carry a course load of at least 12 graded credit hours. Jackson Putt of Dutton; Shelton Glaze, Sagan Lang, Maggie Pruim and Samuel Strawn of Gloucester; and Elaina Ward and Virginia Olson of Hayes, were named to the JMU dean’s list. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a grade point average of 3.5-3.899 and carry a minimum course load of 12 graded credit hours.
