Eaden Sill, a 2021 graduate of Rappahannock High School, is a winner of the Community Transportation Association of Virginia’s (CTAV) 2021 CTAV Scholarship. Sill was one of two CTAV Scholarship recipients from an applicant pool of 22 Virginia students with family members working in the public transportation industry across the state. Her grandmother Patricia Sanders has worked at Bay Transit for 21 years and is Bay Transit’s Operations Manager. Sill is pursuing an associate’s degree in nursing at Rappahannock Community College.
