Abingdon Ruritan Club presented two scholarship awards at the July monthly membership meeting on July 10. Ruritan member Don Sandridge, center, presented the awards. Kamila Miles, left, received the club’s four-year $4,000 scholarship. She will attend the College of William and Mary to study applied physics. Joshua Mayer, right, received the club’s two-year $2,000 scholarship. He too will be attending William and Mary, to study mathematics.
