Scenic picture frame

Friends of Machicomoco State Park in Hayes recently built and installed a rustic picture frame at the park. This feature, located on the Oyster Trail beyond the Timberneck House, provides visitors with an opportunity to capture framed pictures of their family or group to remind them of their visit. Constructed using treated timbers and clad with red cedar, the park’s name and the current year stand out on the frame.
