Saulman, Scruggs, Arsenovic, McDonough, Andersen post wins

Four newcomers were voted into office for the Gloucester County School Board at the conclusion of Tuesday’s election.
Cindy Saulman beat current Ware District school board member Darren Post for the at-large seat; Kari Scruggs won against opponent Ted Engquist for the Abingdon District seat; Leonne Arsenovic beat opponents James “Jim” Pike and David Conway Seabolt for the Ware District seat; Deborah McDonough was victorious over Fred Brewer Jr. and Matthew Nash for the at-large special election, and incumbent Troy Andersen defeated his opponent Jenn Baker in the Gloucester Point District race.
“I was blessed to have served this county as a deputy sheriff and also the DARE officer,” said Saulman. “I’ve worked alongside of such wonderful educators.
