Santa Claus to visit Achilles

All the pupils of Achilles High School are eagerly looking forward to the visit of Santa Claus. Each is expecting something nice.
A big time is expected the night of the Community Christmas Tree.We are glad to report that Mr. W.G. Minor has returned home from the hospital after a long illness.
Miss Geraldine Rowe spent the weekend with her father, Mr. Winnie Rowe, of Gloucester Point.
Mrs. E.H. Rowe has returned home after a week’s stay at the Court House.
The high tides and the heavy rainfall have been the cause of the absence of many school children.
Master Garland Towill has been very fortunate in catching rabbits in his boxes. The last report he had caught five.
The gunners have been very busy lately shooting rabbits and birds.
