Gloucester Ruritan Club president Henry “Hurricane” Thompson presented Arlene Armentor with a club mug in appreciation for her presentation to the club at the club’s February meeting. Armentor is executive director of the Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic. She explained the four major services provided by the clinic to uninsured residents and those with Medicaid: medical, dental, mental health, and pharmacy. The clinic can also assist senior citizens having problems getting medications. An additional service available to all citizens is blood work with LabCorp on orders on a walk-in basis.
