The 40th annual Gloucester Rotary Pig Roast will be held on Thursday, Sept. 26, at the Ware River Yacht Club.
The event will be held from 5-9 p.m., with food served until 7:30. The all-you-can-eat menu includes barbecue, baked beans, cole slaw and dessert, along with wine, beer and water.
Tickets are $40 per person; children under the age of 6 are admitted free of charge. A number of sponsorship levels are available, with sponsors receiving free tickets, mention on the club’s website and other perks.
Proceeds from the pig roast, and a 50/50 raffle held at the event, will benefit scholarships and other Rotary charities. Tickets are available from Gloucester Rotarians, or call 804-695-4775 (Nancy) or 804-815-4475 (Jay).
