There have been a lot of changes recently at Rosemary & Wine, a restaurant/wine shop/wine bar located at 17 Plaza, Ordinary.
Owner Mary Amos, who resides in Gloucester and St. Simons, Ga., was recently joined in the business by three relatives. Her son, Arthur Britto of Gloucester, is a new owner and the head chef. Britto’s wife Patricia and Amos’s sister, Annecia Lockwood of Gloucester, are new managers.
Arthur Britto said the restaurant now offers daily specials for lunch and dinner. He has changed the menu, switching to a seasonal menu to use local fish, vegetables and other fresh products when available.
Britto said Rosemary & Wine soon plans to serve mixed alcoholic beverages. This will expand the large drink menu already in place, including wine by the bottle and a selection of microbrews.
