A funeral for Rose D. Holland, 82, of Gloucester, was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Lighthouse Worship Center, Ordinary. She died March 15, 2015.

She was a native of Newport News, and was a graduate of Warwick High School.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bernard DeGinder; mother, Edith Haynes DeGinder Spaulding; stepfather, William T. Spaulding Sr.; and three grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of almost 63 years, Harry N. Holland; brother, William T. Spaulding Jr.; daughters, Carolyn Duff and Janet M. Holland, and son, Thomas N. Holland.

The service was conducted by the Rev. Ken Cramer. Interment followed in Bellamy United Methodist Church Cemetery, Gloucester.
