Lt. Col. Ronald Anthony Waller (U.S. Army-ret.), 81, of Gloucester, died on Oct. 1, 2023.

He was also a retired drilling engineer supervisor, and real estate broker. He lived in Louisiana for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Raymonda Waller; his children, Benjamin K. Allen, William A. Waller, Ronald A. Waller Jr., Dr. Valerie Y. Waller-Murphy, Thomas R. Waller and Juanita Waller-Phillips; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his sisters, Skyler Smith, Claudette Martin, Margie Stanford, and Carol Robinson, and brother, Myron Williams.

He was predeceased by his mother, Emma Jane Waller Williams and daughter, Rhonda A. Waller.

His funeral was at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18 at Rhodes Funeral Home, New Orleans, La. Burial was at Southeast National Cemetery, Slidell, La.
