Robert C. Wilson Jr. of Gloucester, went to his heavenly home on Dec. 7, 2024. He was born in Jefferson County, Ga., in 1944 to Robert C. Wilson and Daphne Anne Gunby Wilson. Robert worked for Ford Motor Company in Michigan for 32 years and retired in 1997 to a home in southern Alabama. He lived there for 25 years sharing his time with his Joy and his other love—fishing.

He is survived by Joy; two sons, Glenn (Christine) in Hayes, Va., and Greg (Tracy) in Houston, Texas, and three grandchildren, Kierstin Boyce (Blake) in Gloucester Point, Va., and Cody and Michael of Houston.
