Rita Adell Thompkins, 71, of Mathews, died on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025 at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at noon Monday, Jan. 27, at Wayland Baptist Church, 215 Ridgefield Road, Beaverlett. Viewing will be from 11 a.m. to the hour of the service at the church.

Arrangements are by Forrest Brothers Funeral Home, Hudgins.
