Richmond museums announce reopenings

The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and the Virginia Museum of History and Culture, neighboring museums on Arthur Ashe Boulevard in Richmond, have announced plans to reopen. They have been closed for months during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The VMFA will reopen to the public on Saturday, July 4, a release said. Museum members will have early access July 1-3.The history and culture museum will reopen its galleries on July 1, with a member preview from Saturday through Tuesday.
