Richard Wayne “Rick” Little, 73, died Monday, Oct. 2, 2023.

He was a lifelong Peninsula resident and retired as co-owner of Tire City.

Survivors include two sisters, Claudia L. Rosen and Cindi L. Townsend, and brother, Frank Little Jr.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, in Peninsula Funeral Home, Newport News. Visitation will follow the service until 4 o’clock.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society.
