Mrs. Willie Davis of Hicks Wharf, entertained on Monday afternoon at her home a number of friends at a linen shower for her sister, Miss Martha A. Minter. While the weather was stormy everything was festive within. Miss Minter received many lovely gifts such as are dear to the female heart.
