Registration opens for entrepreneurship course

Registration is open for “Introduction to Entrepreneurship,” a business training course presented by the Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission in collaboration with regional economic development organizations.
This seven-week comprehensive program begins July 11 and is designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to successfully launch and grow their own businesses, a release said.
Classes will be held each Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission Office, 125 Bowen Street, Saluda. Successful completion of the course will enable graduates access to the Commission’s financial assistance to businesses, including low-interest loans or government grants, the release said.
