Registration has begun for InsideOut Yoga’s retreat in the Penedès Mountains near Barcelona, Spain April 25-May 3 (Session 1) and May 4-12 (Session 2), 2024, according to IOY owner Susan Johnson.
“The theme is “Peak Moments” and is the perfect balance of adventure, relaxation, mindfulness, and culture,” said Johnson, who will be co-leading the retreat with Alli Crowell, a yoga teacher from Gettysburg with a part-time residence in White Stone.
The retreat will take place at Can Vital, a private property in the Penedès, a wine-growing region 90 minutes from Barcelona. The trip also includes two nights in Barcelona where participants will explore landmarks.
