The Gloucester Outlaws Xtreme Cheer teams competed at the American Youth Cheer (AYC) Regional conference competition in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Sunday. The Outlaws Mini Xtreme Cheer team placed third in its division. The Junior Xtreme and Senior Xtreme cheer teams both placed first in their divisions and both won bids to Nationals in Florida in December and Globals in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in February. Both the Mini Xtreme and Junior Xtreme cheer teams won the sportsmanship award.
