SWEDISH MEATBALLS AND SAUCE

Meatballs

1 egg

1 lb. ground beef

¼ c. dry Cream of Wheat

¼ c. minced onion

Sauce

¼ c. milk

1 10-oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 10-oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 12-oz. can condensed milk

1 Tbs. chopped parsley

Mix egg, minced onion and Cream of Wheat with ground beef. Form into approximately 30 ¾-oz. meatballs and brown.

Mix sauce ingredients together in sauce pan, simmer over medium heat until it begins to thicken; then add the browned meatballs.

 

TIGER SAUCE

(All Natural)

1 small jar Red Pepper Paste

½ c. corn syrup

1 Tbs. red pepper powder

½ c. rice cooking wine

½ c. soy sauce

½ c. apple cider vinegar

½ c. sesame seed oil

To taste: natural sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder

Mix together in sauce pan, bring to a simmer. Allow to cool before serving.
