CHRISTMAS TREE

A simple way to serve any kind of cheese, olives, meat, fruit or nuts. Select your ingredients and arrange them in a pretty tree pattern.
GRAPE SALAD

2 lb. green grapes
2 lb. red grapes
8 oz. cream cheese
½ c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 c. brown sugar
Wash and cut grapes in half and place in a bowl. Mix together cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Add to grapes. Place in serving bowl. Chop pecans and mix with brown sugar to cover top of grape mixture. Note: You can use less than 1 c. brown sugar.
BAKED CURRIED FRUIT

1 can peach halves (15-oz.)
1 can pear halves
1 can apricots
1 c. pineapple chunks
½ c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. curry powder
4 oz. maraschino cherries
1 c. pecans (optional)
Preheat oven to 325°F. Drain fruits and pat dry between paper towels. Arrange fruit in a 1½-2 qt. baking dish. Melt butter, brown sugar and curry. Mix well and pour over fruit. Bake for 1...
