CABBAGE AND SHRIMP

2 large heads of cabbage
1 bag shredded carrots
3 bags of cooked shrimp
Olive oil
Morton’s Nature’s Seasoning
Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
Mrs. Dash Original Blend
Garlic salt
Use an electric frying pan or wok. Over medium heat using olive oil, braise shrimp to taste with ingredients, then remove shrimp from oil. Add shredded cabbage and carrots to heated oil and sprinkle seasoning over them. Cover and let them cook down, stirring as need. Add oil as needed to keep from sticking. Add 3 oz. of water and let simmer. Add shrimp to cabbage and stir all together.

1¼ sticks margarine
2 Tbs. salt
1 Tbs. pepper
2 Tbs. Gulden’s mustard
32 oz. shredded extra-sharp cheese, preferably Kraft or Great Value (Walmart)
12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 c. milk
