An opening reception for the Bay School Community Art Center’s annual Student Art Show will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the gallery on Main Street in Mathews. Refreshments will be served.
The exhibit showcases the work of student artists who have taken classes at the Bay School at some time along their creative journey.
Over 20 artists, some of whom are exhibiting for the first time, are participating in the show. Artwork includes such media as felting, photography, paintings, pottery, and jewelry.
Those attending will also be able to learn about classes available at the Bay School for all skill levels and ages.
