A funeral for Rebecca Elizabeth Knarr, 79, of Newport News, was held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. She died May 2, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William K. Knarr, and her parents.

She is survived by three sons, William K. Knarr II, Warren Keith Knarr, and Gary D. Knarr; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

The service was conducted by the Rev. Jim Larsen. Interment followed in Rosewell Memorial Garden.
