Gloucester Ruritan Club president Lou Serio presented Dr. Shannon Kennedy, president of Rappahannock Community College, a club mug for her presentation to the organization’s November meeting at Olivia’s on Main. Kennedy discussed the college’s food pantry at its Warsaw and Glenns campuses. She stated the college is taking a holistic approach to education by helping students to succeed and meet life challenges in addition to academics.
