The Deltaville Maritime Museum will cap off its 2020 Groovin’ in the Park outdoor concert series with back-to-back concerts by Ray Pittman, beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26. It will be held rain or shine.
Pittman will do two distinct shows, bringing seven musicians to the stage. He’ll start off with a retrospective band at 5:30 and bring on his new “Sons of Bach” around 6:15 p.m.
With roots in Lancaster County and the ’60s band scene, Pittman has covered most of the hit genres over the years. He is known for his philosophy of letting the players play and expressing their individual musical personalities.
To limit cash handling, the event will be an all-ticket or online purchase system for entry tickets and food. A ticket and mask are required to enter. Unless there is a sellout, tickets will be available at the door from the cashiers at the Tea House. All “Groovin” tickets will be honored. Separate food, drink, and concert tickets will also be sold at the event.
