The RAL Art Center in Kilmarnock has been a part of the Northern Neck community since 1949 and the nonprofit visual arts organization will be celebrating 75 years of “Bringing Art to the Community and the Community to the Arts” with a special gala from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21, at the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck, 517 N. Main Street, Kilmarnock.
This will be a one-of-a-kind event, featuring artful entertainment, immersive activities and tantalizing cuisine.
Live music will be provided by jazz vocalist Stephanie Nakasian and her quintet. The cocktail-style event will be catered by Bryan Oliff, owner of Angelo’s Seafood & Steamer Bar. A signature Art 75 cocktail will be served to get the party started.
Guests are encouraged to wear art-inspired cocktail attire, including—but not limited to—a scarf or tie, piece of jewelry, hat or an entire outfit.
