The Gwynn’s Island Civic League Foundation has announced the winners of the annual raffle held during the Gwynn’s Island Festival. Amy Smith of Susan, shown in photo at left with foundation president John Mathiesen, won the grand prize of 24 seats on the Hogan Party Deck at a Richmond Flying Squirrels game this month. First prize of day passes to Compass Entertainment in Irvington went to Heather Fields of Gloucester, in photo at right, shown with Mathiesen.
