Ray Hunley of Hallieford won the Mathews County Woman’s Club’s Pillsbury “Poppin’ Fresh Doughboy” raffle basket. Proceeds from the basket sales benefit various community projects, including a $1,000 annual scholarship for deserving a Mathews High School graduating senior.
