PUMPKIN PIE DIP
1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. confectioners’ sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
½ c. sour cream
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp. ground ginger
Sugar snap cookies
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually add pumpkin, sour cream and spices. Beat until smooth.
FRESH APPLE CAKE
½ c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 Tbs. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples (I used Winesap)
1 c. chopped black walnuts or pecans
Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until mixed. Sift together the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to oil and sugar mixture and beat well.
Add apples (chopped) and nuts. Beat well. Bake at 350°F. for 45 minutes. I used a bundt pan.

½ c. firmly packed light brown sugar
¼ c. butter
3 Tbs. milk
