Members of the Piankatank River Ladies’ Golf Association played individual stroke play, net and flighted, on Thursday, Sept. 14, at the Piankatank River Golf Course, Hartfield. Winners were:
First flight—Martha Wiggs (first place by tiebreaker, 68), Julie Whitaker (second place, 68) and Nina Carter (third place, 74). Second flight—Bev Tate (first place, 67), Chrystal Welch (second place, 76) and Gail Thomasson (third place, 78).
Third flight—Marny Richardson (first place, 72), Chong Hudgins (second place, 74) and Donna Lange (third place, 78).
