The Piankatank River Ladies Golf Association participated in the team game Preferred Drive on Thursday, Aug. 3, at the golf course in Hartfield. Team winners were:
First place with a score of 51 (tiebreaker): Nancy Pannell, Kim Crannis-Curl, Donna Lange and Carol Sennott. Second place with a score of 51: Vicky Gunn, Judy Spain, Jo Turek and Chong Hudgins. Third place with a 53: Michele Meanley, Chrystal Welch, Faith McDermott and Sherri Comer.
