The Piankatank River Golf Club held its Turkey Shoot Tournament on Sunday, Nov. 24, at the Hartfield course. Jeremy Collier and Kyle Rowe, below from left, won first place with a score of 60. Second place went to Hunter Hogge and Derek Poole (69), followed by Thomas Wilson and Jamie Duke (69, third place) and Chucky Oliver and Steve Dunkel (69, fourth place). On Tuesday, Nov. 26, Joe Becht (at right) scored a hole in one on the course’s #5 hole (87 yards) with a pitching wedge. Witnessing the shot were Mike Hux, Larry Collier and Keith Owens.
