Two of the Thomas Hunter Middle School rec league teams were invited to play a scrimmage at halftime of a William and Mary women’s basketball game last month. They did such a good job that they were asked if they could put together a team to play against a squad from New Kent. So that team of THMS players returned to the school’s Kaplan Arena on Saturday.
