TRIPLE LAYER CHOCOLATE PIE

1 ready-made graham cracker crust
2 c. cold milk
2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
Pour milk into large bowl and add the two packages of chocolate pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Mixture will be thick. Spoon 1½ c. of pudding mix into pie crust. Then stir half of Cool Whip into remaining pudding mix. Spread over first layer of chocolate. Spread remainder of Cool Whip on top of both layers. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.

1 8 or 9-inch crust (can use frozen crust in pie pan bought in grocery store)
Slice 4-5 large peeled and seeded apples and mix in ½ c. sugar and 1½ tsp. cinnamon. Place in pie shell. Mix another ½ c. sugar, ¾ c. flour and 1/3 c. melted butter. Mix all together and sprinkle on top of pie. Bake 40-50 minutes at 400°F.
