The Piankatank Commu-nity League, Harcum, will hold a program on the Gloucester Mathews Care Clinic on Thursday, Sept. 19, from 7-8:30 p.m. at the league’s building.
GMCC Director of Patient Care Christina “CJ” Badger, RN, LNC, will provide a presentation on the clinic’s mission, history and future goals. She will also discuss the clinic’s need for volunteers and professional staff.
GMCC is dedicated to providing community-based health care for the residents of Gloucester and Mathews counties and select surrounding areas.
The presentation begins at 7 p.m., but people are welcome to meet at 6:30 to socialize. Members will provide finger foods and beverages to share before the presentation.
