The Rotary Clubs of Gloucester and Mathews joined forces last weekend to construct four covered kiosks with benches around the 3.1-mile loop at Machicomoco State Park, Hayes. The rest stops will give trail users a place to rest and take shelter from the sun during hot and sunny months.
