The Gloucester Outlaws football teams celebrated wins against the Charles City Panthers over the weekend.The 10U team defeated Charles City, 43-0. Leading the way to victory was Tyler Washington with two touchdowns. Christian Terry also contributed a touchdown. On defense, Noah Sterling and Grayson Santana achieved eight sacks together and Isaac White had one interception.
The 8U Outlaws also scored a decisive win over Charles City, defeating the Panthers, 18-0. Chase Robins had two touchdowns, August Norris had one touchdown and Harrison Barnes rushed for 75 yards over two carries. Defensively, Trent McKeel had one sack and one fumble recovery.
The 6U Outlaws flag football team also played Charles City, winning, 18-6. Sam Wallis, Liam Santiago and Jeremiah Lewis each scored one touchdown. Tripp Lapp led defense for the Outlaws, only allowing one touchdown for the Panthers.
The 12U Outlaws scrimmaged against Charles City and won, 6-0.
