Organist Greg Zelek will perform in the second concert of the Arts at Abingdon series, to be presented at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, at Abingdon Episcopal Church, White Marsh. Admission is free, with a free-will offering accepted.
Winner of the Audience Choice Prize in the 2016 Longwood Gardens Organ Competition, Zelek is the principal organist of the Madison Symphony Orchestra and curator of the Overture Concert Organ and Series.
He performs with the Madison Symphony Orchestra and throughout the United States, as both a soloist and professional ensemble member. In his 2018-2019 season he will perform in Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, California, Texas, and New York City. He was the featured organist with the Jacksonville Symphony in October.
