Kelsick Specialty Market’s website gives a very brief resume of the owner Paige Williams and the executive chef Danielle Johnson. In much bolder print at its conclusion, it reads “Locally Sourced Partners—Meet The Team.” And what a team it is.
Paige and Danielle have been friends ever since the age of 16 when they were in high school together. For these past ten years they have kept in touch. They both studied Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, graduating with associate degrees in culinary arts.
