Norma M. Pelkey, 73, of Gloucester, passed away Feb. 16, 2012.

She was born in Scotland, and worked for the Royal Mail in England. Survivors include a daughter, Michele Brake; two sons, Grey Pelkey and Kyle Pelkey, and six grandchildren.

Services were private.
