Mr. Callie Grey is moving his poultry business to Holland Point.
Boyd Twigg is home from a towing contract on the Mobjack.
Messrs Somers, Scot and McAdoo attended Court at Mathews, Monday.
During the high wind last Thursday, a tidal wave swept up the Piankitank doing considerable damage to the fish traps of R.E. White and son.
The McAdoo interests coupled with others will erect a concrete plant at Green Point to manufacture blocks for the Baltimore and Washington trade.
The Choir of Spring Hill Baptist Church met at the home of Miss Lucy Howlett. After the rehearsal, refreshments were served. While the gathering was not as large as on some occasions, the enjoyment was not diminished.
