Love Food Mart, a family-owned business for over 25 years, became the new owners of Belroi Marketplace on July 8.
Love Food Mart is a convenience store/gas station on Belroi Road, Gloucester. It owns multiple locations in the Hampton Roads area.
Love Food Mart makes hot and ready-to-eat foods such as chicken sandwiches, cheeseburgers, catfish, mac and cheese, meat loaf and more. “We are trying to do something different,” said owner Mike Patel. Patel said that he loves Gloucester and that it is a nice community.
