A graveside service for Nellie Mae Walker Wray, 87, of Jarratt, was held on Sunday, Dec. 5 at Concord United Methodist Church Cemetery. She died on Dec. 1, 2021.

She was born on April 22, 1934, and was raised in Gum Fork, Gloucester County.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Vashti Walker, and husband, Joe P. Wray.
Survivors include a sister, Louise Owens, and brother, Melvin Walker.
