Mathews Yacht Club celebrated the installation of the 2025 board on Feb. 7. Katy Breuer, on the left, was installed as the first female Commodore in the history of the club. The installation ceremony and dinner (prepared by Chef Ridge Northstein) was held at the club on Stutts Creek. Chartered in 1949, the club’s amenities include a seasonal pool, full-service dining room with bar, a marina, kayaks and sailboats for member use, and a wide array of year-round, members-only social activities for all ages. Memberships and boat slips are currently available.
