Students from the Rodgers Voice & Piano Studio had their spring recital last month at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church, Gloucester.
The students were also recognized for accomplishments they made earlier in the year. Students participated in the local National Federation of Music Clubs Federation Festival in March at the College of William and Mary’s Ewell Hall.
Students performed two memorized pieces of music at their level and received ratings based on their performance. Ratings received include the following:

—Marty Huie: Piano Solo—Moderately Difficult Class III, Superior;
—Emily Killebrew: Piano Solo—Primary Class III, Superior;
—Liam Killebrew: Piano Solo—Elementary Class 1, Superior;
—Catherine King: Piano Solo—Medium Class, Superior;
—Jace Scalf: Piano Solo—Primary Class I, Superior;
—Jackson Scalf: Piano Solo—Primary Class III, Superior;
