Bill Lawrence welcomed NARFE members Sarah Farmer and Mary Sinisi, from left, to the Gloucester Museum of History. Lawrence, a docent at the museum, presented the program at the May 16 NARFE meeting at Olivia’s in the Village and, after lunch, led the members to the museum for a tour. Most had not seen the basement where many antique household and farm items are displayed. The next meeting of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees, Chapter 1757, will be held June 20 at Olivia’s, Main Street Gloucester, at 11:30 a.m. For information about the local chapter, contact chapter president Bob Howe at 804-642-2659 or howebob59@gmail.com.
