John Caramia, at right, who served as board member and chairman of the Mathews Historical Museum from 2016 into 2023, was recognized for his service Friday night by current chairman Tom Robinson. Caramia came to the museum with more than 30 years of experience in curatorial management and museum experience. The presentation took place during the museum’s annual meeting and before a Movie Night showing of the documentary “The Loving Story.”
