Andrew Mullins has been named an assistant vice president and small business banker for EVB.
Mullins began his new position Feb. 2. He serves clients from EVB’s Gloucester, Gloucester Point and Kilmarnock offices.
Mullins said his duties include community relations and making loans and setting up deposits. In addition, he assists small businesses throughout the region with credit card and cash management services.
It can be challenging to start or expand a small business in tight economic times such as these, Mullins said, adding that he enjoys seeing his clients succeed.
Mullins has 14 years’ banking experience, having previously worked for another bank. He once worked in retail for three years in Pennsylvania and also served eight years in the U.S. Air Force, with his highest rank staff sergeant.
